It contains emotion, history, imagination, experience, behaviors, character, attitudes, a specific appearance, hope and age. This is your creation, so don’t be scared to use your imagination. 1.Give it a favorite color. Try red
2.Give it a name , for example Sam or Jane.
3.Give it a shape. How about a dolphin?
4.Have it carrying something , such as a tiny dog.
5.Have your soul call you a special name. How does Starlight sound?
6.Give your soul a fave food you can share. Let’s try chocolate chip cookies.
7.Set up a special time each day that you’re going to meet in some form with your soul , such as dinner.
8.Choose one thing you need and ask your soul for more of it, like energy.
9.Choose one thing you would like your soul to guard you from and ask for it , for example agony.
10.Choose an age for your soul. Let’s try 7 years old so that you can have a playmate.
11.Choose a feeling you get from your soul , such as joy.
